AzAAP  2008-2010 STRATEGIC  PLAN

In September, 2008 the AzAAP Executive Committee invited some active chapter members to participate in creating the 2008-2010 strategic plan.  The group identified goals, objectives, and key contacts responsible for assuring that different aspects of the plan are completed.  

Five strategic priorities were identified: 1) Advance child health, 2) Ensure strong membership, 3) Ensure financial health, 4) Ensure operational efficiency, 5) Maintain a high performance team.  Under each of these priorities, the group identified 3-5 main objectives to be completed by chapter members.

The AzAAP Board of Directors will be meeting in September, 2010 to review and update the AzAAP strategic plan.
