AZ CATCH PROGRAM
CATCH Funding
CATCH stands for Community Access to Child Health and is a broad-based community partnership that increases children’s access to medical homes or to specific health services not otherwise available. The mission of CATCH is to support pediatricians who work with communities to ensure that all children have medical homes and access to any other needed health care services.
To learn more about CATCH and get ideas from past grants, go to www.aap.org/commpeds or call one of your CATCH facilitators for help.
